We try to get your order to you as soon as possible. Average lead time via DPD and German Parcel is 1 day for Germany, 2 days for continental Europe.

Guarantee Statement
We remove free of charges any defects occuring during the guarantee period of one year from date of purchase. If your shaft bends or breaks we will replace it for free if the following conditions hold:
- The shaft must have been used exclusively for the purpose of Lacrosse.
- It must be obvious that the shaft broke/bent due to faulty material. Bending or breaking are of course considered normal wear and tear after long use.

Any justified claims are handled generously, but please do not break your shaft on the very last day of the warranty period!

Do not use shafts which are bent or damaged. They may break and seriously hurt you or team-mates. Please call our service and ask for replacement within the warranty period.

Shafts that are covered by our warranty period are replaced for free.

Call our service department and let us know what time you are at home. We will have a contracted delivery service come to your place to pick up the equipment and deliver replacement. In most cases this can be done within 24 hours.
